What we do
One asset. Multiple pathways for value.
Existing assets create more than one form of value. Cavlom keeps them working, recovers what remains, and returns valuable materials to productive supply chains.
One asset in use
Every pathway starts from the same vehicle or piece of equipment, and each one keeps value in circulation.
- 01
Extend productive life
Upgrade existing mobility assets instead of requiring owners to replace entire vehicles.
- 02
Recover components
Identify systems removed during upgrades and retirement.
- 03
Preserve local value
Prioritize safe reuse, repair, rebuilding, parts harvesting and core exchange.
- 04
Develop material streams
Separate material-bearing components where reuse is no longer viable.
- 05
Connect supply and demand
Work toward traceable, specification-aligned supply for qualified processors and buyers.
How it works
From retired component to productive resource.
- 01
Access
Work with asset owners, workshops, mobility operators and collection partners.
- 02
Recover
Identify functional components and material-bearing assemblies.
- 03
Reuse
Prioritize repair, rebuilding, safe local reuse, parts harvesting and core exchange.
- 04
Qualify
Develop documented material streams with appropriate processing, quality information and traceability.
- 05
Recirculate
Connect qualified components and materials with responsible processors and buyers.
Why Cavlom
Access at the point where value changes hands.
Cavlom's differentiation begins upstream. Our mobility operations put the company close to owners, workshops, technicians, components and mobility operators at the moment systems are replaced.
That proximity can enable Cavlom to:
- Reach fragmented asset supply
- Preserve components through local reuse
- Improve documentation at recovery
- Develop material streams around actual demand
- Preserve local economic value
- Create stronger international supply links
- Expand to new asset categories as pathways are validated
Where we started
Our foundation in electric mobility.
Cavlom began by converting existing petrol rickshaws into electric vehicles, so owners could upgrade the asset they already depend on instead of replacing it. Alongside the conversions, we built local charging infrastructure.
That work remains active. It is also what gives Cavlom direct access to owners, workshops and replaced components, the starting point for everything we are building now.
