Privacy Policy
Effective 2026-10-01. This policy applies to cavlom.com.
Who we are
Cavlom Enterprise ("Cavlom", "we") is a Canadian company with operations in Nigeria. You can reach us about this policy at info@cavlom.com.
What we collect
When you submit a form on this website we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, organization, country or location, and the information you provide about your role, assets, materials, requirements or message. We also receive basic technical information needed to deliver the page and protect the form from abuse, such as your IP address.
Why we use it
We use this information to read and respond to your inquiry, to direct it to the right person at Cavlom, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without asking you first.
Consent and legal basis
We rely on your consent, given when you tick the consent box and submit the form. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us, and we will stop using your information for that purpose, unless we are required by law to keep it.
Who we share it with
We share inquiry details only with Cavlom team members and with service providers that help us run this website and deliver email, under terms that require them to protect the information. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Transfers across borders
Cavlom operates in Canada and Nigeria, and our service providers may process information in other countries. Where information leaves the country in which it was collected, we take reasonable steps to make sure it stays protected to a standard consistent with applicable law.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our dealings, and delete it when it is no longer needed. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, though no system is completely secure.
Cookies and third parties
This website does not set advertising cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. If we add analytics in future we will update this policy.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw your consent. Write to info@cavlom.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
